Cyber Crime and Security Workshop

“Suraj School, Pataudi organizes Cyber Crime and Security Workshop”
Suraj School, Pataudi, in collaboration with Gurugram Cyber Police and the Education Department, organized a workshop on cyber crime and cyber security awareness. The workshop saw participation from students of classes 9 to 12 from 21 schools in Farrukhnagar block, along with teachers and principals of all participating schools. Through this initiative, special programs were conducted to provide extensive information to school students/staff about various cyber crimes, their identification, prevention, and measures to be taken in case of an offense. Mrs. Anju Yadav, Principal of Suraj School Pataudi, addressed this as an active and enlightening session.
Various topics were discussed during the workshop, such as cyber crimes, POCSO Act, safety of women and children, traffic rules, the importance of emergency numbers, and the dangers of drugs.
Key dignitaries included Mr. Priyanshu Diwan, ACP (HPS) Cyber Crime; Mrs. Anshu Singhal, Deputy DEO; Mr. Randhir Singh, Block Education Officer, Farrukh Nagar; Mr. Rajesh Mittal, District Nodal Officer (DLSA); Mr. Balwan Singh, (DMS) District Education Office; Mrs. Geetika Sharma, Block Nodal Officer (DLSA), Farrukhnagar; and Mr. Navin Kumar, SHO (SHO) West Cyber Crime. They spent time enlightening the students and answering their questions. This workshop played a crucial role in educating society about the importance of cyber security.
