As a strong step toward making our children safe, smart the Suraj School, Rewari conducted workshop on the topic of Good Touch Bad Touch on Tuesday, August 27, 2024. The workshop is conducted by the School Principal Ms. Bindu Sharma for the classes I-III with the objective of spreading awareness and educating children about good and bad touch, at a time when child abuse and molestation exist as dark realities in the society today.
Taking responsibility to sensitize and equip the children, so that they can handle the not so positive event in life in a better ways. The goal of the interaction was to inform them without causing anxiety.
The interactive workshop also dwelled on the urgent need to empower young children to report any abuse, apprehension or fear that they may have to selected adults in the school that they include Class Incharges, Coordinator, Principal and other adults the students may feel safe with.
