Janmashtmi also known as Krishna Janmashtmi or Gokulashtami, is one of the most revered festivals amongst Hindus. August 24 was a special day at Suraj School. Jamastami was celebrated with great pomp and festivity by the tiny tots of the primary section. Dressed as Radha and Krishna ,they give traditional touch to the entire celebration . A short cultural programme was presented by the students.Parents were also invited to make this day special. Different fun activities were organised for the parents. Winners of the activities were given gifts.
