Sports play a major role in shaping the personality of a child. SURAJ SCHOOL REWARI constant efforts are to develop the personality of our children by nurturing every aspect of their life.
Getting on the way Inter-house Kho-Kho matches were organized in Suraj School, Rewari on 19th July 2023 for senior boys and girls separately for classes IX to XII. All four houses (Sharp, Shine, Star, and Super) had their teams ready for the tournament.
Chief guests for the tournament were Mr.Bhupender Singh (AEO), Mr.Satpal ( Ex. AEEO), Dr.Anil Kumar (Athletic Coach, Rewari Stadium), Mr.Charan Singh (Football Coach, Rewari Stadium), Mr.Ratan Kumar (Kho-Kho Coach, Bawal Stadium), Mr.Sanjay Kumar (DPE GSSS, Karnawas), Mr.Satish Kumar (PTI GS, Kalka, Rewari).
Chief guests inaugurated the events and greeted all the players and also conducted the toss. All the teams were given instructions for the match.
The winner of the Girls Inter- house Kho- Kho Competition 9th & 10th Class was Shine House and 11th & 12th Class Star House.
The winner of the Boys Inter-house Kho- Kho Competition in the 9th & 10th Class was Sharp House and 11th & 12th Class Sharp House.
The students from classes IX to XII were present to boost the morale of their teams & filled the environment with sports spirit.
The winning teams were rewarded with the medal and certificates by the Principal Mr. Pavan Kumar and Chief Guests.
The Principal and Chief Guests appreciated the efforts of the students and teachers. They congratulated the winners as well as all the teams for putting up a wonderful event. They also appreciated the true sportsmanship showcased by the players. It was a fun-filled experience for students.
