Workshop is a golden opportunity for a teacher to hone his or her teaching pedagogies. New teaching strategies, classroom management, technological advancement are few benefits to name besides brushing up with latest policies.A workshop was organised at Suraj School, sector -75 for teachers on *Communication Skills and NEP 2020*. The workshop was conducted by *Dr. Madhulika Singh* who is a renowned English author, poet and editor of various books. She upgraded the teachers with the teaching and learning concepts by innovative techniques of engrossing each one. She also successfully apprised the teachers about the NEP requirements.It was a fruitful session overall.
