The workshop on Striving for excellence/ Personality Development was organised for students of Suraj school sector 56 on 25 January 2021 with an objective to develop the students spiritually and build self- confidence, enhance self-esteem and improve overall personality. The programme aimed at grooming the students through sensitizing them about proper behaviour, socially and professionally in both formal and informal circumstances.
The workshop was held in two sessions & was taken by an internation trainer Mr Shukla & was followed by a discussion on The Self, one’s desires, dreams, passions and motivations. Students were told how important their dreams and desires are for developing the personality. It was stressed that they need to have a passion in life. Students were also given tips on how to increase their self-esteem & were also encouraged to be optimistic and to have a positive approach about everything in life.
